Hello,
I have an HP Instant Ink subscription.
I just printed a 50-page colour document and it didn't print blue. Anything that should have been blue was yellow.
I used the "Clean Printheads" facility which fixed the issue.
However, now I've printed it again I'm being penalised for going over my allowance!
How often and how much do I have to print something in order to stop the printheads getting dried out/clogged?
Is it really worth continuing with a subscription?
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.
I appreciate your time and effort.
I checked the ink levels of the cartridges with your account number.
It seems to be more than 90%.
However, your printer shows offline,
Check the connection of the printer.
Restart the Router, Printer and computer.
Follow the below steps to fix the print quality issues.
Check the print settings.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page.
Examine Test Pattern.
Clean the printhead.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setup icon
.
-
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
-

A test page prints.

-
Examine the test page.
-
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage, if necessary.
NOTE:
If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform all three levels of cleaning again.
-
If the print quality is acceptable, touch Done.
-
Click here and refer the document for more assistance.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.
