I keep getting an Error Code 0XB820EBDC. I have searched the web for this code but so far, no success. I have reset using the power cable disconnect method, but after a period on time the code reappears. Any ideas?

Hi @LTMiniard,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message 0XB820EBDC on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please send the instructions to me as well?
Once I perform the reset, do I start all over with setting up the printer? How will it affect my HP Instant Ink account?
Thank you,
Catherine P.

Yes, you will have to redo the Instant Ink process for the printer. If I remember correctly Instant Ink would show the printer was installed but not registered with Instant Ink. Just follow the process to Register a new/additional printer (even though it's not really new) and you'll be fine.
