@Richard122,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More. I understand you are in need of assistance and I'd love to help,

Basically this depends from which application you are trying to print.

Note that most browsers (by default) do not print background colours , so if you are using a browser to view/print your sign, you'll need to enable the appropriate option in the browser.

For Chrome, this is "Background Graphics" on the Print dialogue.

However, Here's a related Forums post which seems to have helped others: Click here

Hope this helps, for any further queries reply to the post and feel free to join us again

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accepted Solution.

And click on the Purple Thumbs up icon at the bottom of my comment.
