good greeting,
I want to change my web server password (EWS), How can I do that?
I forgot your admin username and password in the HP 3638 printer and I can't connect to Wi-Fi via the printer.
This is my second day after buying the printer, and I don't know how to solve this problem.
I think the only solution to the problem is to reset it but I don't know exactly how it is possible, I tried it after I forgot the password and username but it never solved the problem but disconnected the Internet as well and now I have two problems
And thank you.

@Nazir-Amr If you've already reset the network to defaults and yet the issue persists, I'm afraid that's the only way to reset the EWS for your printer, and I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options, follow the below steps to get started:
1) Click on this link - http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on Sign-in or select the product using the below step:
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!
Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
here's how private messages work: Click here for details.
P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉
