Hi

Still the same problem, it goes to a link on an FTP site which then doesn't work

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL42878/mp-104282-2/HPPSdr.exe

It has http as the protocol, but I have tried that, and ftp

Hi PrintDoc

Do you have any other ideas? I think this was all a bit of a wild goose chase, since the error is when accessing the printer via https, so the drivers and whatever installed on my PC should be irrelevant.

I would expect the issue to either be a configuration one, or a firmware one. Especially as I don't seem to be the only person experiencing this?

Do you have some security system that is getting in the way?

No, nothing. And I don't really see how any security settings would lead to this situation, the closest would be a firewall blocking https port, but if that was the case I would not see the error message. Further more the error message indicates that it is an internal error.

How about the security settings in IE?  You really do not have a security system (antivirus) on your PC?
