Product: HP 3637

I HAVE AN hp deskjet printer  3637  instant ink have sent me  hp 63/302 cartridges  that will not fit my printer ,  have i been sent the wrong ones or am i doing something wrong    the cartridges that came with the printer are half the size ,and have hp 302 on them

First let me say welcome to the HP Support Forums, I hope you enjoy your time posting here.

 

My name is Andrea and I will be happy to help you. The cartridges that are provided as part of the Instant Ink program are larger capacity cartridges then the ones that came with the printer, so they will also look larger.

 

The 63/302 are the correct Instant Ink cartridges for your printer. If you insert the cartridge into the printer it will fit into the carriage, they will stick out a little further as they are longer cartridges then the original cartridges.
