Just buy a new cartridge today to replace old broken cartridge with "Cartridge Failure" error. When i try to install new cartridge, the Cartridge Error still exist and cannot be removed.
Things have been done:

1. Plugged out the printer for 5, 10, 15 mins......

2. Install old cartridge then turn on -> off, back to the new cartridge
3. Installed the newest firmware
4. Factory Reset printer

5. Clean the contact in both cartridge and printer

All off the above didn't work. I can confirm this cartridge is ORIGINAL since i have checked it on HP website and i have removed the seal

Any solution? I won't buy a new cartridge again because it's not cheap here

btw, it's HP680 black cartridge

Greetings ChuAnh,
I was looking at the compatibility chart for your printer DeskJet 2600 and notice that these are the list of compatible cartridges. See picture

And this is the supporting document for the same:

I notice that you have HP680 and it's compatible products are given in the image below

Sorry, my mistake, the model name is HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2675 All-in-One Printer. which uses HP680 in Asia Pacific

ok, here is some update

I have brought my cartridge to HP Warranty Center, they found NO ISSUE, the cartridge printed perfectly. THEN  I installed it into my printer, THE ISSUE STILL EXSITS. I dont know what to do cuz i have done everything i could. Even i have bought a new cartridge and inserted to my printer, THE PROBLEM DIDN'T GO AWAY. SO HERE IS THE SOLUTION:

THROW YOUR **bleep**IN HP PRINTER OUT OF WINDOWS AND BUY A CANON PRINTER INSTEAD, THIS BRAND WILL EAT ALL YOUR MONEY JUST TO BUY THEIR CARTRIDGES AND PLUGGING IN/OUT THE POWER CORD FOR NOTHING. I'M DONE WITH HP, WILL NEVER USE THIS BRAND FOREVER. THANKS FOR WASTING MY MONEY
