Hello, probably the wrong board to post in but didn't find any installation category, w/e i try here.

I just go my new printer and ill followed the instrucktion on the little lcd-display.
When i got to the part where i should open the printer and install the ink-cartridge i followed the steps and opened it.
The first thing i hear is not a nice sound, sounds like something is stuck and when i look down i see the "plastic-protection-thing" for the carriage is to the right loose in the printer while the carriage is stuck to the far left of the printer and wont move as it should (i've watch'd some youtube film on installing this printer), it should be idling to the right with the plastic-protection-thing inside the carriage.

Dunno if it have been mishandled while being delivered (though it was no damage on the package on delivery).

Seems like a clearly a hardware issue that should be solved by the guarantee, but maybe  someone know a simple solution? Hate to return and pack etc etc 😛
