I understand that you are facing issues with your HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer wherein it does not recognize 11x17 paper after upgrading to windows 10 operating system.

I understand that you are unable to print from your HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer after installing it.
Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you depending upon the operating system installed on the computer in the links below:
1. Printer is Offline (Windows)
2. 'Printer Offline' or 'Printer Not Responding' Message (Mac)

hp c6280 all in one. I replaced the light cyan with a new one and screen came of saying cartrige empty. Went back to store replaced it with another, installed it and got the same message "empty" what's the solution
