I understand that you are unable to print from your HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer as the status on the computer says that it is offline.
This issue could occur if the drivers are not configured properly.
Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

Printer works fine, except I can't print from a document on the download manager. It gives me a green progress bar& finishes but won't print anything. Must be the website? Its a HP 2130. No need to do a test page, cuz it works on everything else.
