My printer is showing up "ink cartridge problem"  though I was not having any issues with the color ink beforehand. It says remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge  though when I have done this the error persists. I am using HP cartridges I've tried turning it off and unplugging then turning back on again but error still there. Any suggestions please?

I receive this message after printing 1 page.

I am pretty sure that this is not a "cartridge problem", I need only to open slighty the cartridge door (and close it) and the printer can print as normal. This is very annoying I had to open/close tha cartridge door after each print (also after taking a copy). This is happening only this week. I bought the printer on 05 january 2019!!!!

Please try these steps - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
