Product: HP Officejet Pro 7720

Hi there,

I'm having real problems with this printer. Keeps bringing up error messages for printing then the display goes grey and white with what looks like 4 power symbols being displayed on it.

 

Its been nothing but trouble since we purchased it. The last HP printer I threw out of the second floor window, this 1 is going the same way if I cannot sort this out.

 

Any suggestions welcome.
