Note for common printer problems
Customers receiving the"will damage your computer" message along with others like "unable to access cups/tmp" or "'@%' cannot be opened" need to update their version of the macOS. Printing but no ink or error message.

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 8030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper runs through the printer, but no ink appears on the page.  I have cleaned the printer head, cleaned smear, and all cartridges are full.  Printer is only 2 weeks old and was printing fine a week ago.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Thank you.  I have been on the phone with support for a few hours today and they are sending additional ink cartridges to determine if that is the issue.
