I guess printer need to be replaced.



If your printer is Out Of Warranty and if you are in USA, you might be provided with Trade-in option.




If you are in US , the toll free # is 1-800-474-6836 .

If you are not in US , then log on to www.hp.com , at bottom-left corner there is a world map icon, click on it and then select the region you belong to, which would then provide support options for you for that region.

Problem with printhead, two days after support via phone fixed the problem.  Have done exactly what the tech told me to do, but has not fixed problem again. Out of warranty by just a couple of weeks. Not very happy.

The printer had to be replaced but was delayed as no replacement printers available in Europe for a week!!!

I have disconnect printer from the wall and the printer.

Yes, I called HP and they said the printhead was defected.  The printer was under warranty and they replaced the printer.

New printer is working fine.

Thanks for all the suggestions to try and solve my problem, but, finally had contact with HP and I think they will send me a replacement unit.
