I am getting the same message and the only way I can get my OfficeJet Pro 9015 to print is to unplug and plug it back in. Then it prints but I have to do this EVERY time. Is it possible for a permanent fix? Thank you so much!

I too am suffering from this.  It seems that when I unplug and reset the printer all is fine for about an hr, then it returns to a blue screen with code B3050FF9.  My printer is an Officejet Pro 9020 series.

My app and computer shows the printer has the latest Firmware. is there any other advise i can take?

I'm receiving the B305DDF9 error. I have powered it down for 60 seconds and installed the latest firmware. Can you please send the the factory reset instructions for a 9010?

Thanks,

Stan

8 days in I'm glad it's been brought to someone's attention. If it's this time consuming to get a link please put the factory reset instructions in your online documentation. This is a totally useless form of support.

Does anyone know how to turn off notifications for this thread on printers not working? I have found NONE of the suggestions helpful. I continue to have to unplug and plug back in for my printer to print anything. Very frustrating and I don't really want to keep getting all these unhelpful messages. Thank you in advance!

My HP OJ Pro 9025 gets a blue screen and B305DFF9 error code after 10 or so minutes of use. The only resolution appears to be to unplug it, wait a minute and plug it back in., This is a ridiculous waste of time for a fairly expensive printer. It is connected by wifi to my in home network. Is there any permanent resolution to this issue? I'm ready to return this and swear off HP products. Please help!!!!
