Still cannot figure out how to scan multiple pages with 3700 Series w Webscan.

I loooked at http://hp.care/2gCf5or and I still cannot how to figure out how to scan multiples pages to a single PDF file.

I have Acrobat reader installed.    The prompt for what type of file to output shows a light grt PDF which I cannot click on.

When I scan the first doc, a web window opens with the scanned file in place.  There is no way to add another page.  I have tried to put the 2nd page in right after, but it doesn't scan or gives me an error message about a jam (which is not present)

Hi,

Use HP Easy Scan to scan multiple pages and follow the steps on screen to Scan Next Item, once you are done press Send > Folder and select PDF.

You may follow below steps to san from a Mac, the document listed in your post refers to Windows and therefore different than what you see on your computer:

I don't know beans about Macs, but on a PC, _IF_ you have installed the FULL software package, not the BASIC package, at the end of the first scan, two light blue icons appear at the bottom left of the screen that shows the image.  Click the one that contains a plus (+) sign, and you will be offered the opportunity to scan another sheet.  Repeat for subsequent sheets, and then SAVE the multipage file.

I figured that out after installing the HP EasyStart package three times and reading all sorts of crap on the net.

There should be a configuration checkbox to make it more obvious how to scan multiple sheet documents, but HP chose to present only faint blue icons.  I am not real impressed.
