The printer is working prettty well, except for occasional streaking. The problem is when I try to access the utilities for cleaning, etc. When i attempt to open the application, I see an hourglass flash for a second or two, and it goes no further. I see no new task in windows task manager. I've completely un-installed the printer and reinstalled, no luck. Any thoughts?

Using the troubleshooting utility download you suggested, I was able to determine that the support framework was either missing or damaged. I re-installed that, and the utilities now load again. Thank you for your reply.
