Using iMac and  OS11.6.1.  Connecting via USB cable.  Keep getting same message.  Can't be a communication problem between computer and printer because the scanner works OK.   Have tried everything, swapping cables, removing printer and  reinstalling endlessly etc.etc, installing and deleting software.   No problem with my HP 6520 which also connects via separate USB cable - prefer to use that for colour printing only as it is slow at scanning, one page at a time, and for B&W printing.

Would really appreciate advice.  I bought this machine especially for A3 printing and it worked fine until recently.

Welcome to the HP support community.

Could you elaborate on the issuer for a better understanding?

Are you getting any error messages?

Just posted a screen shot of the printer message.  This comes up and nothing more happens.

PS - it would be very helpful if there would be an"attach a file" button that one gets for example on emails

Hope this helps - right now I have a large useless piece of junk doing nothing except taking up space

Hi Sandy,

I have heard nothing back from your colleagues.  If you could push them to respond, I would be grateful.
