I have the same issue with HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer.
I tried many times reset, restart, but not able to connect the printer. I deleted all printed related information form the PC (base on the found tutorials).
Although the first step with HP Smart / HP Easy Start is always made successfully (when the software say the printer is connected to the wifi), but further setups results error code: EBS00P0004.
Software simply said sorry, there is an unknown error, process cannot be finished… so this is the end? The Printer cannot be used anymore???? I should throw to the trash???
There is no any alternative solution???? Just these useless software’s???
Please provide us a single driver offline installer, what provides the communication with the device.
Give us an effective solution, with a detailed tutorial. (Please not repeat again how should we unplug the cable to reset the device, because that is not a working solution)

I'm having the same problem with my HP Photosmart all-in-one D110a and my new Gateway 2.0 router/modem... printer worked fine when I had a Hitron router/modem and my cable company couldn't help and said to contact the printer manufacturer.
I can print wired, probably with Windows default driver, but not wirelessly because of that error code
HP Smart App sees the wired and wireless printers... but i get these messages...
WIRED... followed by WIRELESS...

I have tried your suggestion a number of times and it doesn't work... My HP Photosmart all in one D110a connects to my router and I can print a test page... however, the HP Smart app sees both my wired and wireless printers and when I click on them, that's when I get those messages as shown above... I have reset my router and reinstalled Windows and no difference.
