Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your Printer's Blue Screen With Error Code 068CC413. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • When did this issue start?
  • Did you do any changes to the printer?

Meanwhile

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Hello Gaya1239,

Since I was out of town, I couldn't deal with the printer. Sorry for my late reply. I've already read and done what you said on the form, but unfortunately it didn't work. USB or network connection cannot be established between the computer and the Printer. If there is a solution to directly print the software with USB,

New problem

Although we did not make any intervention, a new problem has occurred, the printer does not work at all anymore, the screen is dark and the led on the on off button is off. Voltage 32 vdc does not appear in the power unit

  • I would appreciate it if you could help.
