How can I fix this?! I've spent over an hour uninstalling and reinstalling. Why is it happening now? Font is TNR so nothing unusual and it's worked since 2019!

No, that does of course not help. 
I need AirPrint for my iOS devices. I‘m not talking about an MacOS device. 

The error is part of the latest firmware update. So please correct the error with a new update shortly or provide a download link for the last functional firmware.

Absolutely correct. Normally I persevere with issues like this but I think I will have to JUST GIVE UP. HP is not listening or, if they are, they are taking actions covertly. IT IS TIME that they give their customers some relief. HP, please, please, issue a new firmware release that allows accurate printing from iPhones and iPads using AirPrint AND from Mac computers OR provide the Firmware that existed prior to that released on 2 August. We (those with Pagewide printers) have now been suffering for almost TWO MONTHS. This is unconscionable. HP please WAKE UP!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!

HP - I am no longer able to use the printer for work purposes! It's not something I can work around - I will need a new printer at this rate which is a shame as it's been great until recent update!

We all post on The HP Support Community. So, why does HP not contribute and make a comment - any comment?

 

We are a large community of HP users, all impacted by the same issue. Is there any way to pressure HP to take appropriate action or, AT LEAST, tell us what’s happening?

It‘s really a shame. The issue is very clear. The solution could be provided within minutes. The only thing we get is „reinstall the printer driver“ or „connect via IP“ which is as we all know no solution for iOS devices.

 

HP: if want to provide a solution for iOS on the same level I suggest „please make a screenshot and print this“
