My printer keeps saying that there is paper jammed but after I have cleared paper it stills says I am jammed. Any ideas of clearing it.
Also website says I haven't printed any prints and not hooked up to online. That isn't true as far as I know.

Hi @jcpete,
Thanks for showing interest in the HP Support Forums!
I see that you're unable to clear the paper jam on your HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer. I will certainly do my best to help you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.
The printer is in an error state, therefore, it will not give you accurate readings until the problem is solved.

Thanks for the info. It was almost too much information. I get confused easily. I think I am going to have to call H.P. and have someone talk me throuh it. I uncleared the paper but it still says paper jammed. I will try to read all the info again and understand the second step after I clear the paper.
Again thanks
