Hi folks!

 

My HP Smart shuts down everytime I try to scan a document.

 

I've tried do unistall and install again the app, upgrade the firmware of my printer, but I still can't scan anything.

 

What can I do to fix this issue?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  Since HP Smart seems to be crashing, we'd suggest using the HP FULL software.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-deskjet-3700-all-in-one-printer-series...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
