Hello
Our printer has been turned off for a month. We turned it on again and tried to scan to email but got the following error message:
username or password incorrect. Ensure both user account and password are valid
I have not changed the outgoing email address or password. I have tried using another email address and password but get the same error message.
I have turned on the less secure app option on **bleep** but that has not helped.
I am not sure what to try next.
Can anyone off any advice please?

I have solved this issue. It was because of google less secure app “on” was not saving and kept reverting too off. I have it working now. Thank you
