Hello @BFSAul, Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution. We hope our assistance has been helpful!

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please try a few troubleshooting steps provided below so that I can assist you further?

If you are encountering error FP67993 while attempting to install firmware on your Poly VVX 150, here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow:

Steps to Resolve the Firmware Installation Error

1. Verify Firmware Compatibility: Ensure that the firmware file you are attempting to install is compatible with the Poly VVX 150. You can check the firmware version compatibility on the Poly support website or in the firmware release notes.

2. Check Network Connection: Ensure that your Poly VVX 150 IP Phone is properly connected to the network and has access to the internet if needed for firmware downloading.

3. Restart the Device:

  1. Turn off the Poly VVX 150 phone.
  2. Wait for a few seconds.

Turn the phone back on and retry the firmware installation.

4. Download the Firmware Again:

  1. Re-download the firmware file from the official Poly support page to ensure it’s not corrupted.

Attempt the installation process again with the newly downloaded file.

5. Access Device Logs: Check the device logs for any additional details about the error that might help in troubleshooting. This information can sometimes provide insight into what is causing the issue.

6. Perform Factory Reset:

  1. If all else fails and you are authorized to do so, perform a factory reset of the Poly VVX 150. Be aware this will erase all custom configurations, so it should be done as a last resort.

After reset, try to install the firmware again.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Hello @BFSAul ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product and even more important if this is UC Software or ObiEdition.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

The same FAQ has:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I discover my PVOS, UC Software Obi Edition Version, or the Updater / BootROM Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Oct 7, 2011 Question: What PVOS, SIP, UC, or Obi Edition Software version or Updater / BootROM Version is supported by my Phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

A quick community search for FP67993 shows >this<

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
