Hello,

I have printer DeskJet 3720 bought in Australia with catridges 65, but I'm in Slovakia now. Local cartridges for this printer are 652, but printer refuses to use them. Could you please send mi instructions for change of region for this printer, as you did for other users with the same issue?

Kindly  contact HP Tech support in Slovakia @  https://support.hp.com/sk-en/printer. The tech should help you get the region reset done.

Warranty for this printer expired already, Slovakian support won't help me, a friend of mine already tried that. I would like to get the same advise from support on this forum like some other people, even after warranty:
