Good morning, my m28w printer is locked. When I press the On button, the printer turns on and the green power light flashes. HP writing on the display is also intermittent. I tried to perform the operations of removing the power cord but the printer does not give signals.

Hello,

How to change the wifi configuration for the printer MFP M28w?

I changed my wifi router and now the HP Smart App cannot find the printer.

Please send me the instructions to reset to factory default settings if this is the only solution.
