I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hi
For the last few weeks, the printer freezes and displays error code B8A2F2E8. If I unplug and plug it in again, it will work for a few hours and then freezes again with the same error code.
Model name: HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g
Product number: CM750A

No, I do not have the solution, but has not occurred for me recently, so it is easier to live with it and just cycle the mains to get rid of it. Certainly my favourite printer too.
