This is beyond infuriating considering that I just spent nearly $300 for (HALF-FULL) cartridges since HP intentionally locks out perfectly viable 3rd party refilled carts -- we were without a printer for three weeks sorting out that mess before finally paying their RANSOM, and now we are crippled by this "Resend Upgrade" error.
This is class-actionable. We have pumped nearly $1000 into this printer that is less than 2 years old and are left empty-handed.
Never buying HP again. This is insane.

What infuriates me, also, is how we cannot contact an agent when the warranty is expired. That is VERY POOR customer service. I've had so many issues with this printer. Pretty sure it was the last time I bought an HP printer. They need to learn how to treat their customers.

We're also seeing this error on a LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw, purchased at Costco about 1 year ago. Occurred about 1 week ago, I assume with the firmware update. While I haven't tried rolling back firmware, it's very odd that it doesn't solve the problem.
