Hello, we have 3 Printers of same Type.

2 still working, one dead with the same issue.

Why are updates getting installed without of user interaction?

How to avoid the 2 working ones to get killed by update?

What is the solution for the problem? Seems to be an global issue?

I have the same issue in Australia, called support and offered almost no help - said would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Clearly no fix for it.

I too called Australia phone support two days ago now - attempts to fix over the phone did not work, was given a case number and told they would contact me again in the next 24-48 hours. No further updates, no communication whatsoever. Beyond disappointed in HP - is there nothing more we can do?

I have the same issue in New Zealand, HP NZ suggested that a buy a new HP printer.

Buy a new HP printer and then upgrade it with their dummy Firmware ?

But all this wouldn't it be related to planned obsolescence ?

Whereas I bought my  HP Office Jet Pro 9022e through Amazon end of 2022 I realized that my warranty started mid-February 2022 but has expired Mid-April 2023 and this error code 83C0000B occurred beginning of May 2023.
