Enhancements and fixes


This release provides many quality-focused enhancements and fixes to resolve customer issues. Notable resolved issues include:

  • The system shows a black screen for self-view and for far-end participants on a Poly Studio X52 video bar in a Pexip call (PVENG-29306)

  • PTZ controls and presets in manual mode don't work after switching from multi-stream mode on a Poly G7500 system or Poly Studio X70 video bar with a USB-connected Poly Studio E70 camera (PVENG-28845)

  • Disconnecting the USB-A cable causes the system to restart and sometimes lose network connection on a Poly Studio X52 video bar in Teams mode with a connected USB-extender (PVENG-27738)

  • Touch controller menus display a mix of English and Japanese on a Poly Studio X video bar with a connected Poly touch controller (PVENG-28462)
