What’s new in PVOS 8.4.1

 

This release of Poly Voice Software includes updated features and important field fixes.

  • Create or add participants to conferences from calls on different lines

 

Create or add participants to conferences from calls on different lines

 

When conferencing is using a network conferencing service, you can now merge calls that are on different SIP lines together into a conference or add a new call to a conference, provided the SIP lines carrying those calls share the same SIP proxy.

Parameter: voIpProt.SIP.conference.multiReg="1"
Default: 0
Allowed: 0 or 1


Description: When voIpProt.SIP.conference.address has been configured with an address for network hosted conferencing, the phone will allow creation of a conference, or adding a new user to an existing conference, with calls from any SIP registration provided they have the same proxy server.
